Is our first, gated Microfarm community, located in Esterillos Oeste, just 0.6 miles from the beach.

Microfarm Sales Package Includes:

*Masterplan:*
1. Site Assessment (Microclimatic compilation, Landshape study, Water flow review, Ecological evaluation, and Soil baseline study).
2. Aligning design methodology and framework with the project’s scope.
3. Water management earthworks map.
4. Design of planting areas and demarcation of access routes.
5. Species selection and quantification.
6. Plant maps and renders.
7. Budget for the project.
8. Implementation plan and Gantt chart.

*Dug Water Well:*
- A dug well to access groundwater in underground aquifers.
- Two or three capable workers using equipment and tools.

Costa Rica's Abundant Water Resources:
- Exploit the well to drill until reaching the water table.
- Further digging ensures water storage, crucial for aquifer mantle recovery.
- Water quality laboratory study.


This artisan well is sufficient to legally permit a house and irrigation for half a hectare.

 

Additional Features:
- Gravel road leading up to the property.
- Access to electricity.

He has dedicated his career to helping families and companies embark on a resilient journey and sustainable life in the tropics through thoughtful landscape planning and food forestry. Daniel's work emphasizes the potential of agroforestry systems to mitigate climate change impacts and regenerate degraded land while promoting local food sovereignty. His expertise lies in farm design, development, and management of food forests and edible gardens.
